Sometimes our experiences can leave us feeling insecure or lacking in confidence, making it difficult to form or sustain healthy relationships and cope with everyday life. Talking this through with a psychotherapist can help you to understand yourselfoffer you different perspectives and a different experience of relating.
Psychotherapy provides a confidential space for you to express yourself and reflect on problems and their underlying causes.
